What is it? 
Walk thru the Bible: OT is a seminar that helps you learn the stories, characters and redemptive themes of the Old Testament. We will walk thru thousands of years of Bible history together in 5 hours using fun teaching methods to help us remember what we’ve learned. This in not boring seminar…it will bring the Bible to life for you!

Who should attend?  Walk thru the Bible: OT is for adults and children 4th grade and older. Childcare is provided for younger children by registration. Call the church office for full details.

What is the cost?  $17 per person

How do I register?  At Northshore Bible Church (985 893-3284). Registration begins July11 and ends August 8 (including childcare needs).

How can I help?  There are several positions to fill. Church members may contact the office to see where they can assist.

We will have a pot-luck style luncheon Sunday, August 29 at 11:30 AM. 

Bring your favorite dish to share with other church family members and friends and enjoy the fellowship and good food.  Indicate what type of food item you will bring at the bulletin board at church: Main dish, side dish, salad, or dessert.

We will meet for four weeks for focused prayer particularly for revival, mission trips, Vacation Bible School, sermons, and other ministries.

This class is one of the essential building blocks of our church. Pastor Jerry Hobren will discuss the subjects of Membership and Fellowship and we will get to know each other better. Please let us know that you will attend and indicate your childcare need by phone or email.

Stay after the second service or return from the first and join us for food*, fun, and fellowship for the whole family to enjoy.  The church will provide the meal and lots of outdoor activities including an egg hunt!  There is no cost but do bring a donation for the Amazon Mission Outreach “Family Packs.”  Contact the church office for complete list of item needed.

*In order to prepare the proper amount of food for our luncheon please contact the church office by phone or email to let us know how many will be in your dining party.

To dedicate means to set something or someone apart for God. Baby Dedication is the parent’s expression of a desire to offer or set apart their child unto the Lord. We will provide an opportunity for parents to publicly thank God for their child and to ask His blessing on their endeavor to be faithful parents. If you have never dedicated your child to the Lord and would like to do so, please contact Pastor Hobren, 985 893-3284.
