Son-Rise Kids: Reveal- Inspire- Share- Experience The Bible is very clear about the importance of children. For this reason, Northshore Bible Church views our Children’s Ministry as a top priority. Our Children’s Ministry, birth through 6th grade, is called Son RISE Kids. It is our goal to assist you in training your children and nurturing them spiritually according to God’s Word in a safe and secure environment. Children’s ministry is offered at your preference; feel free to worship the Lord together as a family. If children join in our Son RISE Kids ministry, the following classes are currently offered Sunday mornings:
1st Hour - 9AM
The Lord’s Table is offered at our church once a month to all who have trusted Jesus Christ as Savior. We ask that children who receive communion remain with their parents throughout the entire Worship Service. Children should not be removed from their classrooms to attend the communion portion of the service. This format allows the participants of the Lord’s Table to partake in a worthy manner. (1 Corinthians 11:27) On Wednesday nights, during the school year, we have a wonderful program called AWANA for children 2 years prior to kindergarten through eighth grade. What is Awana? Awana is place that allows children to learn God’s Word in a fun and exciting environment through games, large group devotion time, and scripture memory using age appropriate handbooks. At Awana children not only learn God’s Word but earn tangible rewards!
Seasonal celebrations such as our "Spring Fling" and “Fall Festival,” are events for the entire family to enjoy. Vacation Bible School, held each summer, gives us opportunity to learn of the Savior’s love and to share it with others
